Soybeans are Soulfood: Soy Milk is a 1.5-hour virtual cooking class dedicated to the making of Soy Milk from the sanctuary of your own kitchen.

Join Adrian for an intimate look at the process of making fresh Soy Milk, the use of its bi-product Okara, and end with a demonstration of Dou Hua, silken tofu pudding.

The making of Soy Milk is an honored East-Asian ancestral tradition dating back thousands of years. Surprisingly beginner-friendly, it is nutrient-rich, a zero-waste process, naturally vegan and gluten-free. It can be enjoyed plain, infused, and is the main ingredient in the making of tofu.

Equipment Note: For this class you will need access to a blender or food processor, a large pot and mixing bowl.
